I relocated back to Georgia from the Virgin Islands and my original plan of picking my Honda up from the port in Jacksonville, myself, fell through. The shipper in the Virgin Islands quoted my land transit at $550. From a quick internet search I found an overwhelming result for transporters. After calling four transporters, I quickly knew that AAA Auto Transport was the most competitive and competent company. The others were more expensive by at least $50 and could not guarantee or approximate a pick up date. This was an urgent matter to me as I had to pick my car up from the dock within 5 days. Kyle at AAA Auto Transporter ensured me that he would work expeditiously to arrange a transport within the time I had. My initial call was 2/7/11 at 430pm and my car was delivered 27 HOURS LATER at 2/8/11 at 7pm. The morning after my initial call I received follow up confirming that the order was in process. The transporter changed once as they must have found a quicker route. I was in a rush and did not do much research about the company, however, the BBB seal, secure site and other credentialing seals gave me the confirmation I needed that they were legitimate. Customer service was awesome. I actually emailed my shipper in the Virgin Islands and told them how professional and competitive AAA Auto Transport was. My car was delivered clean, undamaged and the driver called me directly once he got to port, in route and once nearby. This is what business should be and it was nice working with a company that worked for me. TRY THEM!!
